The process begins with a discovery session, where we explore your unique needs and discuss a potential path forward. Compassionate coaching acknowledges that each individual is different—there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Once we identify and agree on a tailored plan, we schedule regular sessions on a weekly or biweekly basis to support your journey.

Between sessions, you will be given agreed-upon tasks designed to support your progress and deepen your understanding. These may include activities such as watching specific YouTube videos, reading, journaling, or reflecting on key insights. Each task is tailored to your journey and discussed during our sessions to ensure it aligns with your goals.

Most life coaches focus on what you do. I focus on why you do it. Every action, even the ones that seem self-destructive, is driven by a positive intention. It’s about uncovering that intention—that deeper need or desire—and then finding healthier ways to meet it.

For example, someone struggling with addiction might turn to substances as a way to numb pain or escape stress. The intention is to feel better, to find relief. By understanding this, we can explore healthier alternatives like mindfulness or therapy to address those underlying needs without causing harm.
